About this event

A collaboration between IEN Teaching Garden and Mewinzha Ondaadiziike Wiigaming.

Open to the community!

Pearl, Lakota/Anishinaabe, is a local 200 Hr registered yoga teacher. Pearl's approach to yoga is inclusive of the origins of the practice and her Lakota/Anishinaabe worldviews. Join Pearl for yoga in a beautiful outdoor garden each month. Suitable for all experiences with yoga.

The Teaching Garden is an Indigenous Led Community Garden with a focus on community education, pollinator health and food sovereignty. Here on the Anishinaabe homelands we use language, art and land-based skills to grow a deeper connection with Nimaamaa-aki (mother earth) and all our relatives.
