Sunday Morning Yoga in the Gallery

Small class size! (11 students or less)

Arrive 15 minutes early to get checked in and get comfy in the space! Bring your own mat and a water bottle.

The class will be a fun, rejuvinating flow good for all levels, taught by Yoga instructor and artist Audrey Cibel.

Audrey is a regular Yoga instructor at St. Marks Yoga, where she leads Vinyasa and Restorative flows with an emphasis on flexibility, balance, and creativity.

Class is $20; all funds go to compensate our teacher and to put on more community events in our gallery.
