Yoga in the Gallery is presented by Yerbana and Avenue Bellevue, in proud partnership with the Center for Suicide Awareness.
Step out of the everyday norm and into the gallery.
Each Thursday evening, Yerbana and Avenue Bellevue invite you to pause, breathe, and reset through an accessible yoga and mindful movement session.
Set within the stunning art galleries at Avenue Bellevue, these classes are designed for all levels - whether you’re new to yoga or looking to de-stress after work. Our rotating teaching team brings approachable guidance, gentle strength, and community connection to every session.

By Donation Community Class:
Alongside the weekly Thursday evening sessions, we’re also introducing a By Donation Community Class on the first Saturday of each month at 10:30 AM. These special gatherings are open to all, ensuring that wellness remains accessible while helping raise funds and awareness for suicide prevention.
Together, we’re building more than a yoga class - we’re creating a space where art, movement, and community care come together.

The Center for Suicide Awareness (CSA) is a nonprofit organization founded and led by Barb Bigalke with a mission to break the silence around suicide, provide emotional support, and build resilient communities through education, outreach, and crisis services. Known for its signature programs such as HOPELINE™, peer support, and prevention training, CSA meets people where they are—before, during, and after-crisis. Under Barb’s leadership, CSA also champions wellness divisions like Love the Wellness, creating spaces for healing, connection, and proactive mental health care.
