Yoga Foundations is a four-week beginner-friendly series designed to teach you the essential building blocks of yoga in a supportive, welcoming environment.

With two guided classes each week, you’ll learn proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques for foundational poses such as Downward Dog, Warrior I, Warrior II, Tree Pose, and more.

Each class focuses on gradual progression, body awareness, and safe movement to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence on your mat— no previous experience required.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Correct posture and alignment in common yoga poses
  • Basic breathing techniques (pranayama) to support your practice
  • Simple flows and transitions
  • How to modify poses for your body and ability level
  • Mindfulness and relaxation techniques to reduce stress

Our November series starts on Monday, Nov 10th. (No classes the week of Thanksgiving)

Classes take place 2 times a week:

  • Mondays 6:45 PM - 7:45 PM
  • Thursdays 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM


Price is for all 8 classes in the series. (Nov 10th, 13th, 17th, 20th, Dec 1st, 4th, 8th & 11th)
