I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher specializing in hatha and restorative practices that support regulation and healing of the nervous system. As a graduate student in clinical psychology and a trauma survivor myself, I strive to create a trauma-informed space of gentleness, curiosity, and safety—honoring each person’s unique relationship with their body. My teaching recognizes the body’s innate wisdom and pays homage to yoga’s deep cultural and historical roots. Through mindful movement, breath, and stillness, I invite students to reconnect with their own capacity for balance, compassion, and embodied resilience.
