Overview
An all level yoga flow that focuses on building strength by adding light weights to your practice.
Strength classes provide poses and sequences designed to challenge your body as well as soothe the soul. This specially designed yoga flow may include quicker paced intervals to get your heart rate up combined with mindful yoga poses with an option of adding light weights to help build more strength and endurance. Feel free to skip the weights – you will still build strength! You will end the class with deep stretches and a well deserved savasana.
Please arrive ten minutes prior to class.
