Our signature YogaSix classes are designed to energize your body, calm your mind, and leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our experienced instructors will guide you through a fun and accessible flow that emphasizes breath, movement, and mindful connection—set against the serene backdrop of the lake.
