Each week, you’ll explore how pain works, learn mindful movement practices tailored for pain resilience, and cultivate a compassionate inner environment that supports healing.

Weekly Structure:

  • Pain Science & Self‑Awareness: Discover how pain signals and body awareness shape experience.
  • Trauma-Informed & Gentle Movement: Breathwork, adaptive postures, and relaxation tools promote safety and exploration.
  • Mindful Language: Shift from limiting language to empowering, evidence‑based instruction.
  • Reflection & Practice Tools: Journaling prompts, community sharing, and continuous learning support lasting change.

Your Guide:

Alicia Montgomery is informed by many years of helping others face physical pain naturally . From her 7 years as a birth doula to her 10 years in yoga and yoga therapy. She naturally birthed four sons and has had a long journey solving her own chronic pain mysteries with the use of yoga's ancient wisdom. It is now her passion to share scientifically proven approaches to living without suffering.
