Yoga for Change at Kismet Salon: where feeling good meets looking good.

I'm Elle Engelman - a devoted yoga teacher committed to providing a safe and accessible space for movement, mindfulness, and community. Every last Sunday of the month, I co-host a gentle yoga class (usually with my friend and collaborator, Zoë Fox, who will be out of town this month!) at Kismet Collective - a magical hub where art and heart meet business. This month, I am thrilled to be accompanied by my husband, Ian Pitts, who will be playing ambient guitar throughout class and the reiki-infused savasana.

Doors will open at 8:30 am, with complimentary espresso drinks and matcha offered to all guests... curtesy of Kismet! Class will start promptly at 9:00am and the journey will last about an hour and a half - starting with a slow flow and ending with a reiki savasana. The class is designed for everybody and every body - come ready to move, groove, explore, discover, and celebrate who you are as you are <3

Tickets have a base price of $11.11 to ensure your commitment to attending - this is a very intimate space and we only have room for 11 guests. We are passionate about the yogic principle of ahimsa, or nonviolence, motivating us to create "yoga for change" — every last Sunday of the month, we will host this offering with Kismet Salon and donate a percentage of our proceeds to rotating charities we love. This month, we will be donated to Let's Rescue Dogs - a Southern California nonprofit specializing rehabilitating in sick, injured and abused dogs, and finding them furever homes. If you'd like to contribute more towards Let's Rescue Dogs, we will accept your donations day-of.

Our donation will be in memory of Diva 💖

Since August, we've donated over $150 to The Trevor Project, Point of Pride, and Give Well.

Lots and lots of love,

Elle, Ian & Kismet Collective
