Frequently asked questions

Is this class only for bottoms?

No, everyone is welcome! This class focuses on building hip strength and flexibility, as well as protecting the spine in backbends and forward bends. If that sounds fun or beneficial to you, then this class is for you.

Are mats available?

We will have a couple mats in the space if you do not own one. If you own a mat, please bring it.

What do the different class prices mean?

I offer tiered ticket pricing to keep class accessible. "Access" tickets are the lowest I can charge for class. "Standard" tickets support the cost of teaching. "Supporter" tickets allow me to continue offering discount classes for those who need it.

How accessible is this class?

This space has a staircase (no elevator), a mirror wall, and no yoga props. During class we will face away from the mirror. If you have props you like, please bring them. I try to teach in an accessible way by offering multiple options for each pose.
