What will I need for class?

Yoga Mat (or Blanket): A yoga mat provides grip and cushioning during poses, but a large blanket or towel can work well if ??‍♀️ Yoga blocks help with support and alignment, especially in poses that require you to reach or stretch deeply. Books, cushions, or small pillows create the same effect.

Do I need to be flexible in order to practice yoga?

Yoga is about more than flexibility:  a practice that encompasses physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and mindfulness. The ultimate goal is not to achieve a specific level of flexibility but to connect with your body and mind. It’s about building strength, balance, and awareness.
