This 75-minute specialty class blends playful movement with intelligent sequencing to help you deepen your practice while exploring new ways to support, challenge, and refine each posture.
Using the block in both traditional and unexpected ways, Christina will guide you through a strong and mindful flow designed to improve flexibility, compression strength, and body awareness. The class will build toward empowering peak poses like Crow and Bird of Paradise, inviting you to find spaciousness and stability in your body and mind. Expect a balanced mix of dynamic flow, functional movement, and restorative cool-down to leave you feeling open, grounded, and re-energized.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or newer to props, this class offers the perfect blend of challenge, creativity, and fun—helping you see your block (and your practice) in a whole new light.
What to bring:
- a yoga mat ($5 rental mats available)
- comfortable clothes to move, bend, twist, and fold in
- hydrate prior to class (recommended)
