Do I need to have done yoga before to join?

No! Our class is open level and open age, everyone is welcome!

What do I need to bring to class?

Yourself, something comfortable to wear to move in, and a water bottle if you can! All other equipment will be provided.

The Spot will open 30 minutes before class, and it is best to show up at least 15 minutes prior to get settled, sign in, etc.
