Yoga at the Lavender Field

Enjoy a full yoga class amidst the lavender sun of Roots Heaven Farm with Jaylene Baterna. They will guide you through practice embracing the body as it meets you that day. Come as you are and take any pace that suits you as we go through a an hour of yoga and end with a medicine drum led savasana. This practice is an all-levels class for all ages, body types, and experiences. First time yogis are welcome! Props of any kind are also welcome.
