Welcome to **Yoga at Pastimes**! Join 500 hr yoga instructor McKinsey Rankin for a relaxing, all levels, gentle yoga session *outside* at Pastimes Pub in Grandview Yard. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this event is perfect for anyone. This class will provide a warm up, gentle yoga flows, a cool down and some breath and meditation sprinkled in. Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and any props to make you comfortable (such as yoga blocks or a blanket to cushion your knees) Come join us on **Sun, August 31, 2025 at 10:00 AM** for a morning of zen and stay for a drink and some food afterwards when the restaurant opens at 11 am. Check in starts at 9:45 am allowing time to pick your spot and settle in. A signed waiver/release form will be required before we begin.
