Experience a Morning of Movement, Breath, and Vibrational Healing

Join us for a nurturing yoga and soundbath journey at Fabletics. This all-levels offering invites you to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and come home to yourself through mindful movement and restorative sound.

We’ll open with a grounding yoga flow, designed to gently awaken your body and deepen your connection to your breath. You'll then be guided into a deeply restful soundbath experience with the healing vibrations of alchemy crystal singing bowls, allowing your nervous system to soften and your spirit to replenish.

Come move, breathe, and rest in community. Leave feeling grounded, renewed, and supported by the vibrational shift within.

Please bring: a yoga mat, water, and anything that supports your comfort (eye pillow, light blanket, etc.).
