Yoga and Sound Healing Class

1 Hour of yoga flow followed by 30 minutes of sound healing! Donatin based class, pay what feels right, bring a yoga mat, pillow/blanket or any items that will make you feel comfortable during meditation, a journal and water. The location is a private neighborhood park. The area is generally quiet but has the occasional car/dog sound. Dress warm and comfy as it gets chilly once the sun goes down!
