Yoga and network

You will be greeted at the door with water and a mat if you don't have one. There will be goodies bags waiting for you with electrolyte packets. Then we will proceed with the yoga class. Afterwards , we will have a bit of woman to woman chat . The goal of this social club will be discussed. There will be music , tea and food. Finally we will have the networking portion of the event. You will able to ask like minded women questions that resonate with you . Maybe you will find your new workout buddy or business partner. As long as you feel refreshed , recharged and reconnected .. that's the goal .
