Deepen your practice through embodied alignment and intentional muscle engagement.

In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll move slowly and explore 5–7 asanas, including an inversion. Together we’ll focus on:

• Anatomy + grounded awareness

• Embodied alignment in your body

• Subtle + active muscle engagement

• Building stability from the ground up

Discover how alignment looks different in every body as we build from the ground up. We’ll return to tadasana as our anchor, explore alignment through stillness and partner work, and finish with a slow, mindful flow. Come not just to see alignment — but to feel it.

BIO:

Lydia is a 500RYT trained through Loyola Marymount University and CorePower Yoga who shares accessible vinyasa, hatha, yin, and meditation across Los Angeles, guiding students to root into their bodies, build resilience, and nurture a deeper sense of embodied well-being.
