Yin/Restorative Yoga
Overview
Reconnect with yourself—mind, body, and spirit. This slower-paced style of yoga is the perfect complement to our fast-moving lives. Passive postures (asanas) are held for extended periods, typically 3–5 minutes, allowing the deep connective tissues to stretch, fascia to release, and circulation to increase in the joints. Learn to tune into your body and breath, explore how subtle adjustments can transform a pose, and find comfort even in moments of discomfort.
Class is heated to around 85°F. Bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat. Mats are available to rent for $5.
When you arrive, remove your shoes at the door and place your belongings in the cubbies. You'll be checked in at the entrance.
