I have never done Yoga and I can't Meditate. Should I still attend?

YESSSSS..... this is the class for you!! We just try - we lay comfortably and listen to a guided meditation with eyes close. Falling asleep is normal :)

What happens if I fall asleep and snore?

Happens all the time. It does not disturb anyone, everyone is relaxing and listening and focusing. In fact, Yoga Nidra desires a state between asleep and awake.

Join us for an evening of Yin Yoga: Journey Through the Layers with instructor Audrey Tollefsen! This in-person event will take place at 21915 Marine View Dr S. Immerse yourself in deep relaxation and connect with the energy of summer.

Audrey Tollefsen is the Yoga teacher's teacher. She has been teaching Yoga and training Yoga teachers for decades and her experience is felt. Audrey is known for her knowledge and practice of many aspects of Yoga, including philosophy, movement, and breath work. Treat yourself to a very relaxing and educational evening. As the Yin poses deepen through the payers of our body with long holds, Audrey honors and explains all Yin offers.

No experience necessary - just bring a yoga mat and water. If you don't have a mat, don't worry - we have extra :)

Studio is heated to warm & tropical 80* - dress coolly.
