  • A 60-minute sound bath with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, crystal harp, voice, shamanic drum, chimes & more.

These calming and transformative sounds will wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a sense of inner harmony and deep relaxation.

"Lyndal is one of the most gifted practitioners of sound I have ever heard. Her intuitive understanding, open-heartedness and complete presence offer an experience of great depth and beauty. Cannot recommend her highly enough." - Danielle Joynt, sound healing practitioner

What to bring

No prior experience is necessary, but please bring a yoga mat as well as a cushion and eye pillow (optional) to enhance your relaxation.Blankets, yoga mats and bolsters are available for use at the sound healing to help you find a comfortable position and fully de-stress. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply connected to yourself.

What is a sound bath?

Sound baths are immersive musical meditations that encourage different brain waves and are a wonderful way to restore balance to your mind, body and soul. Different instruments are used to promote positive health and wellbeing outcomes and allow people to access a deep state of relaxation. This may include crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls and voice.

Benefits of sound healing

Therapeutic sounds have been used by ancient cultures for health benefits and spiritual purposes for thousands of years and sound healing can instil a deep sense of sacredness. Benefits include:

  • Relieve depression and anxiety and improve mental health
  • Help reduce physical pain
  • Improve sleep and restore energy
  • Experience less stress and more inner peace
  • More clarity and balance
  • Stronger immune system
  • Improved memory and concentration

What is a yin yoga?

This is a slow and gentle style of yoga where you stay in the poses with props for longer. It's a very meditative style of yoga that pairs beautifully with sound healing. Yin is releasing through the fascia and deeper tissue, with some support from props. It is usually very relaxing and helps with surrender.

You don't need any yoga experience, and we will do a short practice for the purposes of helping you get into your body, connect with your breath and unwind even more.
