Please join us for this 2-hour year-end session on the new science of rest and recovery for 2025, and self-care tools for reversing burnout in 2026.

This is an adaptation of our neural skills workshop on resolving stress, anxiety, and burnout, focused specifically on the most exciting new research and best practices for calm, embodied awareness, self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-care.

A System for Renewal

For most of us, this has been another year of intense volatility, rapid change, and mounting uncertainty — and both burnout and disengagement are at record levels. We’ve earned a rest — but the holidays can be a time of even greater stress for many of us.

As we teach in our 21-Day Challenge: Achieving Peak Performance, an intentional system of renewal is essential not only to brain health but also to our personal and professional performance. This workshop is designed to level-up what works and give you the tools to have a happier year-end and a healthier, higher-performing 2026.

New Science

In this 2-hour interactive workshop, we’ll explore new research on how stress and burnout impact the brain, nervous system, and our habits and behaviors. We’ll look at the science of recovery and the most effective techniques for reducing acute and chronic stress, anxiety, and burnout.

New Solutions

We’ll also experience hands-on mindfulness and other neural training practices that interrupt our autopilot (and often habitual) experience of stress, and disarm our feelings of overwhelm, insufficiency, and self-criticism.
