Join us for our Monday Morning Melt on December 15th @ 7am!

Our Monthly Community Class allows to practice with us in-studio at a donation rate.

This is our set sequence, Y6 Signature HOT combines yoga postures synched with your breath, a fun and challenging balancing series, and dynamic core work designed to add energizing fire to your life in a hot room. This yoga sequence will leave you feeling perfectly balanced inside and out, from bottom to top.

Please bring your own mat and water bottle!
