About the Weekly Class Pass

Our Weekly Class Pass gives you access to one week of virtual group classes with Exercise Therapy. Each session is 30 minutes, fully guided, and designed to help you move with confidence, build strength, and support your mental health.

You choose the classes you want to attend each week. No pressure, no commitment—just intentional movement that fits your schedule.

Each class blends mobility, strength work, and faster-paced conditioning using just bodyweight and a mat. All levels are welcome.


How the Weekly Pass Works

  1. Purchase your Weekly Class Pass here on Eventbrite. (Dont worry about time slots)
  2. You will receive an automatic Eventbrite confirmation email.
  3. Forward that email (or send a screenshot) to us at thinkbecome@exercisetherapytampa.com
  4. In your email, tell us which class times you want to attend that week.
  5. We’ll reply with your private Zoom class links for each session.

You may choose any classes offered during the week covered by your pass. Unused classes do not roll over.

Here are the Class Types


XT Root Mondays at 6:30pm
A virtual grounding session using sensory awareness and light movement to help you reconnect with your environment, reduce stress, and reset your mind.

XT Align Tuesdays at 7am
A guided virtual stretch class focused on loosening tight areas like hips, back, and shoulders while using breathwork to release tension and support emotional regulation.

XT Pulse Wednesdays at 5:30
A 30-minute virtual bodyweight HIIT class blending low-impact strength, mobility, cardio, and core work for a fast, energizing, accessible workout.

XT 100 Thursdays at 6pm
A virtual rep-challenge class where we work toward 100 total reps of selected bodyweight movements—building endurance, strength, and confidence at your own pace.

XT Breathe Fridays at 12pm
A calming virtual yoga-inspired session combining gentle mobility, stretching, and guided breathwork to reduce stress and restore balance.
