Why do we party?
This party tops three days of awesome hacking frenzy: XRAI Hack - as the first global XR Champions League - just kicked off in Cologne right before Gamescom. With over 520 XR and AI Developers , the Cologne edition just came to an end. If you want to join the XR AI Hackathon on 18-20 August 2024, please sign up here.
This party is also the culmination of what Christian, Thomas, and many more thought about joining Devcom and Gamescom year by year: Why is there no big gathering of the XR industry?

What's happening?
Not only are we celebrating the kick-off of the global XR Hackathon, mingling with all sponsors, partners, mentors, advisors participants, and judges (full list at xrhack.com), you will also get the chance to look at the winner projects of the Hackathon exhibiting across the space!
Organizers
Long-time XR professional and project developer Christian Steiner, who first founded the VR Stammtisch in Cologne and long-time host of the Mixed-Podcast and Thomas Riedel, Tech-Journalist and host of Spatial Realities podcast and the biggest XR-Meetup in NRW, are joined by the XRAI Hack global organizers XR Bootcamp-Team to deliver you the one place to be if you are in XR, Games Dev, Metaverse, immersive Media, Spatial Computing and AI.
Code of Conduct
This XR Party values the importance of a safe and all-inclusive space. Anyone attending must adhere to our code of conduct.
Accessibility
The party location STARTPLATZ is accessible via two elevators and has a barrier-free bathroom. You can reach STARTPLATZ via car or public transport and has an underground car park which is directly connected to the elevators. The way from the car to the elevator is sub-optimal and may have single steps. If you need support on arrival and departure please let the team know.
