If so, then this training is for you!
Join this session to learn about the concept and definition of mindfulness, its benefits and how to incorporate it into your every-day life. During the session, you will also have an opportunity to experience mindfulness exercises as well!
This event is for residents and/ or service providers to residents of Orange County, California only.
Please note that we will not admit participants to the session if it has been more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. AI assistants or note-taking programs will not be admitted.
There is a minimum registration requirement of 10 participants in order for this training to be facilitated. If there are fewer than 10 participants, the training will be rescheduled for the upcoming month. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
