25 years ago the Search Institute developed the 40 Developmental Assets framework as a result of extensive research. The 40 Developmental Assets are a list of positive supports and strengths that young people need to succeed, and are divided into external and internal asset categories.
Join this session to learn more about the 40 Developmental Assets, and how adults can best support the youth they live and work with by incorporating them into practice.
