WSW Mentorship Program

Located on the second floor of the library in suite LRNC 215

Women Who Lead & Men Who Lead are transformational mentorship programs for youth ages 16 and up, created to build confidence, leadership, purpose, and emotional wellness. Through weekly workshops, guided discussions, real-life mentorship, and community support, participants learn skills in personal growth, self-esteem, communication, entrepreneurship, and life planning.

Whether your child struggles with self-doubt or simply needs guidance, structure, or motivation, this program creates a safe space where they can grow, connect, and be heard.

Led by Rell Brown, the programs give young women and men a safe space to grow, reflect, and become the best versions of themselves — while equipping them with tools that strengthen their mindset, identity, and future goals. Each participant completes the program with greater confidence, clarity, and a certificate recognizing their leadership journey.
