(W)ritual Wrap-up

Join us on Friday, December 19th from 6-9pm at Studio 20/20 (299 Bank Street) as we wrap-up (W)ritual, a series of music-based writing workshops for Black community members.

As we look back on the six (6) (W)ritual writing workshops and songversations on seminal albums by Black artists we did this year, we want to also take time to celebrate local artists in Ottawa.

In this event, we will be having a panel of three (3) local Ottawa artists talk about their art, what drives them and their (w)rituals.

There will also be an open mics for attendees to share their poems or stories with the audience.

Halal and vegan food options will be available, through catering from Baccanalle.

There will be photography at the event, and you will have the option to opt-in or opt-out.

As always, come for the music and stay for the community.
