Welcome to the Writing That Resonates: A Celebration of Creativity & Craft - CRW One Day Writers Conference and/or Friday Night Pre-Conference Zoom!

Friday night event will be August 22nd, 2025 via Zoom. Speaker to be announced soon! Friday's cost is only $20 ! More information to come at www.CastleRockWriters.com.

The main event is our one day, in-person, writers conference on Saturday August 23rd, 2025 at The Lone Tree Hub for a day filled with inspiration, creativity, and networking with fellow writers. Whether you're a seasoned writer or just starting out, this event is for you! Learn from experienced authors, participate in workshops, and connect with like-minded individuals who share your passion for writing. Early Bird Conference Entry fee is $79 ($20 discount is available until June 30th, 2025!)

Regular Conference Entry fee is $99 after June 30, 2025.

Walk-in Conference Entry fee is $120.

Frequently asked questions

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations and transfers are allowed but no refunds will be given. If you must cancel, you may transfer fees paid towards a subsequent Writers Conference hosted by the Castle Rock Writers or to another participant. Prices are subject to change each year.

Can I bring my children to the conference?

No. Children are not allowed at the Writers Conference. Attendees must be at least 17 years of age to register and attend.

Do I have to buy a boxed lunch or salad lunch to attend the conference?

Not at all. You may pre-purchase lunch when you register or bring your own lunch.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Absolutely! Walk-ins ($120 at the door) are always welcome, but it will be too late to order a lunch.

What speakers and agents will be at the conference this year?

We always have excellent and highly engaging speakers at our conferences. We are working diligently to finalize our speakers, agents, and professional critique members. We will update soon!

This will be an amazing year to write your story no matter the format, be it nonfiction, memoir, poetry, or fiction. There are many options available to us. Book sales are higher now than they have been in the past two years. It’s a great time to be a writer.
