Overview

Two kinds of journaling classes that offer writing prompts, reflection, and optional sharing in a welcoming, drop-in space.

This class is taught weekly with alternating teachers. Genet teaches "Writing Ourselves Home," which draws from The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron. This drop-in class will explore free-writing and focused writing exercises as windows into our healing, growth, and innate creativity. Expect both class-wide and small-group interaction in a judgment-free, heart-centered space.

Lee teaches "The Stories We Carry", a safe space for journaling where we will explore the stories that shape us both individually and in community. Each session offers writing prompts, reflection, and optional sharing in a welcoming, drop-in space. Lee will share his own stories related to the theme of the week as a way to help attendees find their own voices within themselves. Seasoned writers as well as newbies are welcome to attend and share. Everyone has a story to tell, and this is the place to find that story and put it to paper, maybe even for the first time.
