In this guided segment, JoLanda will unpack her Traffic Light Writing Model—a practical way to understand how your body and nervous system influence your writing. You’ll learn how to write with your nervous system instead of against it, recognizing the signs of “Green,” “Yellow,” and “Red” writing and how to safely shift back toward flow and connection.
Scholarship Opportunities to Deepen Your Write to Heal Journey.
You’ll close the evening by reflecting on your writing experience and assessing your personal writing style—how your body and emotions interact with your storytelling process.
