Calling the Burnt-Out Wonder Women, Exhausted People-Pleasers, and Always-Climbing-the-Next-Mountain Over-Achievers.... we're meeting in Catalonia's wine country!
Join me for an experiential gathering designed to excite and satisfy your mind, body, and soul.
We'll use mindful writing, kinetic-based creative learning, somatic intuitive movement, and voice re-claiming practices to:
* Alchemize your midlife fears
* Pinpoint emotional stepping stones that guide you forward
* Step into your heart of courage
* Move through new choice points with greater confidence
It will help you feel even more fun, fierce and fantastic!
Two dates announced for fall 2025:
Friday, Oct. 24
Friday, Dec. 12
You’re tired of running on empty.
You’re juggling too much.
You're on your last nerve.
And still, you think you have to keep feeding the fire that demands more and more.
But lately, you notice:
The restlessness.
The brain fog.
The moodiness.
The whisper that keeps asking, “Is this really what I want to keep doing?”
Deep down you know the truth. You don’t need another five-step personal development plan or a new productivity hack. What you need is space—real space—to pause, listen inwardly, and imagine what wants to emerge next.
This season of life isn’t something to merely endure. It’s a rite-of-passage reckoning that tests us, strips us bare, and shows us how to move forward with renewed purpose and possibility. You are shedding your once-useful, ambitious Wonder Woman skin and embodying the wildly creative crone genius that's just beginning to emerge.
There is a sweet spot–a liminal, mysterious place–where we know, for sure, we are no longer who we were in our 20s, 30s, or 40s, but we're not yet our most mature and unshakeable Wise-Lady Sage selves. We're stepping through a tornado of change, and the only way is through. Who's waiting on the other side? That's what we're figuring out!
In this 3-hour in-person experience, you'll:
- Slow down, land in the present moment , and rediscover the depths of your being
- Use creative prompts to clear the mental clutter and reconnect with your voice and truth
- Explore what matters most in this season of your life, without pressure or performance
- Reset your creative capacity to align with your wise-woman iteration, the one who will move you through your epic third act of life
- Prune away old beliefs and upgrade your nervous system
- Renew and reignite your self-trust and courage as you cultivate more joy
Together, we’ll uncover what’s been hiding in plain sight and begin to calibrate your inner compass toward what’s next. Because, sometimes, all it takes is one conversation, one sincere, generative nudge, to remind you that you’re not lost. You’re becoming.
Welcome to our creative sanctuary for women navigating midlife and beyond....this time in-person in the charming Catalan town of Vilafranca del Penedès.
Here you'll discover a space to reconnect with your story, your voice, and your creative spark.
Why a focus on creativity? Because, if you think about it, your creativity may be one of your most under-rated superpowers. If we can tap into this fired-up, unapologetic side of us, we can invent a way – an empowering way – through it.Your creativity, whether it's through writing, drawing, dancing, singing, or anything else that opens your imagination and keeps you in the present moment, is a little-talked-about tool that helps make sense of what you're experiencing, be more of yourself, and find greater comfort in the big changes you're going through.
The intention is simple but powerful: Write through life’s big pivots—menopause, career changes, identity shifts, or retirement—and unearth what matters most now, with clarity, confidence, and creative aliveness.
Whether you're craving community, expressive freedom, or a soulful check-in with yourself, these women's circles are designed to help you slow down, write it out, and talk it through.
This space is for Go-Getter GenX/Midlife women, "Wise-Women Apprentices," and Creative Crones who want to:
✨ Connect with other wise, creative women exploring their "What now?" callings during this stage of life.
✨ Get out of their heads, tune into their bodies, and let their hearts of courage lead.
✨ Use writing, intuitive movement, voice-finding exercises, and mindfulness to navigate the midlife-to-crone path and more fully express themselves.
✨ Share honest, meaningful conversations that inspire and catalyze joy, wonder-filled insight, and real personal growth beyond the 10-point quick-fix that never fixes you.
Come to feel inspired, seen, and nourished in our fall-themed sessions.
Guided by Creativity Kindler and Mindful Writing Mentor Jenn Baljko, and featuring Voice Artist and Expert Massage Therapist Carrie Lewis.
