This Wednesday evening generative creative writing session will be hosted by award-winning poet, Chet'la Sebree, who will offer the inspirational framework for the event.
Session includes:

Whether you're drafting a novel, journaling for clarity, or just trying to make time to write, this space is for you.

More about Chet'la: Chet'la Sebree is the author Field Study, winner of the 2020 James Laughlin Award from the Academy of American Poets, and Mistress. Her third poetry collection Blue Opening and debut essay collection turn (w)here: essays on (be)longing are forthcoming in 2025 and 2026, respectively. She’s an assistant professor at The George Washington University and faculty in Randolph College’s Low-Residency MFA program. Chet’la will give you the building blocks to play and experiment, which is to say have fun!
Write Now: Generative Creative Writing Sessions are held every Wednesday evening and Saturday morning for writers of all genres and levels. Drop in for a boost of inspiration, or come every week to build a consistent writing practice.
