Wreath & Release: A Thanksgiving Gathering of Movement & Making
Overview
Move with intention. Craft with heart. Gather in gratitude.
Step into a sanctuary of breath, restoration, and creativity. Wreath & Release invites you to honor the season through a two-part experience that blends therapeutic movement with intentional crafting.
Begin with a grounding myofascial release class designed to soften tension, open your heart space, and reconnect you with your body’s inner rhythm. Guided by breath and gentle flow, this practice uses props, slow rolling, and intuitive movement to help you release stored stress and cultivate gratitude from the inside out.
Then, shift into creative expression with a hands-on wreath-making workshop with Vale of Enna Flowers. Using seasonal botanicals—eucalyptus, pine, dried citrus, cinnamon—you’ll craft a personal wreath that reflects your own rhythm and intention. Each circle becomes a symbol of wholeness, transition, and thanks.
