Daniel Rosendale is an award-winning independent film director, writer, and editor based in Philadelphia. He is best known for mixing traditional and experimental cinematic styles to create anxious, visceral atmospheres within his films. He often explores themes of identity, religion, and alienation with an absurd blend of surreal horror, comedy, and satire. Besides film, he is a published photographer, and frequent collaborator in the underground music and drag performances scenes of Philadelphia. His work can be found online at (askaboutmyfilms.com).

From the neon oranges of nuclear fallout to the cold greens of night-vision cocaine benders, these four films by independent filmmaker Daniel Rosendale display the director's shift from film school experiments to post-grad auteurship, along with the director's real-time identity revelations documented on screen.
