A gentle yoga flow followed by a soothing sound bath- this combination is a wonderful way to relax, release tension, and achieve a deeper state of mindfulness.

Here's a breakdown of what to expect:

30- minutes of gentle yoga movement-The yoga portion focuses on easing the body into a relaxed state, preparing it for the deeper meditative experience of the sound bath.

Followed by a 60 minute sound bath-

After the gentle yoga, you'll transition into a comfortable position lying down, to fully immerse in the sound bath experience.

In essence, the gentle yoga prepares the body and mind, making it easier to receive and integrate the healing vibrations of the sound bath for a deeply relaxing and restorative experience.
