This small group meet-up will incorporate a brief scripture reading/discussion, 5 minute stretching, 30 minute workout session with contemporary/upbeat Christian music, and 5 minutes of cool down & a prayer circle. First time attendee- $20 (Includes welcome gift) Returning attendee - $10. Price is used to cover instructor fee + use of 5 lb. weights and gym mat. Welcome to bring your own equipment if preferred. Meet-ups are beginner friendly and 5-25 attendees max. Please wear clothes you can move easily in, gym shoes and have a full water bottle. Where do I find the group?

We will meet at the location above together and will walk to find a good spot to set up! Please read the agenda for exact meeting location.

Can the attendee fee be waived if I bring my own weights + mat?

Unfortunately no. This fee covers the instructor as well as to keep all equipment in good condition, to purchase sanitizing/cleaning products, to cover replacements when needed, and to eventually offer team shirts/swag, and a larger variety of equipment (jump ropes, bands) etc.

Can I attend if I’m not a Christian?

Absolutely! We will welcome you as long as you are open to hearing biblical scriptures, praying with us and hearing the gospel!

Can I attend if I’m not a woman?

If you are okay with a majority woman focused group then of course! We will welcome you!

How hard will the workout be?

This class will be designed for beginners, those who just want a simple weekly routine.Busy moms, working students, 9-5 women etc. The workouts will be 30 minutes of simple weighted reps. + cardio and we will motivate each other. If you need to take a break, slow down etc. You will not be judge.

What happens if I’m late or cancel?

If you’re late, you will have to find us and start where we are. If you need to cancel, your fee will cover a future meet-up. You can cancel up to 1-week prior for a full refund.

What music will be played?

Our meet-ups will workout to contemporary/upbeat gospel and spiritual music.

What if I’m sick or injured?

If you are sick or injured please do not come. Your fee will cover a future class. Just message me if you need to cancel.

Will equipment be sanitized?

Absolutely! Before and after.

Can I bring my dog?

Your dog will need to be leashed/in a carrier to not interrupt the class.
