Team coaches, (team) managers, HR and L&D Specialists who want to build kick-ass teams are invited to this 2-hour interactive workshop. We're going to create a space to learn “scientific ways” to build a kick-ass team. Participants will have a hands-on experience on the data-driven game mechanics to enhance team’s collective intelligence. Here, we will focus on the 3 things that are commonly found in Google's ultra-successful teams: psychological safety, group feedback and cognitive bias.
