ABOUT THE WORKSHOP FACILITATOR

Andrew Lawless answers one simple question: “How do you get to perform at the level that you want?” He helps executives to get the results they want. His clients work in organizations, such as Facebook Hubspot, or National Instruments. He is certified in Kolbe Wisdom and Strategic Intervention to coach business leaders through implementing critical decisions and strategic pivots. He has offices in Galway, Ireland and Washington, DC.

Andrew brings a unique blend of experience in behavioral sciences, publishing, digital marketing, and localization. His accomplishments include managing a corporate turn-around of Berlitz in Central & Eastern Europe to transforming The World Bank’s global approach to localizing its analytical work.

Andrew presented his successes with transforming global teams to the Obama US White House and testified before the US Senate on the importance of professional development. He served as a trainer and consultant to the FBI’s Behavioral Science Unit where he helped analyze the mindset of hostage takers. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland.

What's the dress code?

One of the concepts that you will learn is that you can change your mindset by radically changing your physiology. Hence, dress comfortably.

How does this workshop compare to other workshops?

If you have ever been to a time management workshop and are not really using its learnings, you have experienced the negative result of taking what works for others, but won’t work for you.

Is this the same content I got from your other training events and workshops?

No. Because we facilitate all of our workshops to the highest level, there are some shared principles. If you've worked with Andrew Lawless online before, this will be a big surprise — the way he works in the room is an entirely different experience. Previous participants have raved about the high-level energy from beginning to end.

I've seen other live workshops for free - how is yours different?

It's simple math. There are marketers offering "free" training events or workshops. Nobody can afford to give events for free. The event is a way to get you under their roof so they can sell something more expensive. They call it front end and back and. The free workshop is the front end with heavy upsell to an expensive backend, usually a program that cost between $20k and $35k, or more.

Unfortunately, this often means that the free event does not deliver the value that you really need. You will receive valuable information about WHAT you need to do to be successful, but little guidance on HOW to do it.
