Resilience is especially important for international students as they navigate the challenges of studying and living in a new country.This workshop is designed to support you in developing personal strategies to cope with stress and difficult situations.
In this interactive Workshop, you will learn how to:

📚Strengthen your emotional resilience for both academic and everyday life
✍️Identify and change inner thought patterns that may be holding you back
The goal is to help you build confidence and stability in your daily life – both personally and professionally. By learning to deal with inner stressors, you can reduce their long-term impact and feel more empowered going forward.
No prior knowledge is needed – just bring yourself and an open mind.
📅 The workshop will take place over two consecutive days:
🕘Friday, October 24th, from 3 PM to 7 PM, and
🕘Saturday, October 25th, from 11 AM to 1 PM.
When you get a ticket, you register for both days.
