What do I need to bring?

Just yourself! Wear clothes you won't mind getting dirty or bring an apron. Also, a bottle of water and a snack.

Is there a separate fee for supplies?

Nope, all supplies are included in the fee you pay here.

Is this workshop beginner friendly?

Yes! You don't have to have any experience working with clay to make this ceramic mug. Just come open-minded and be willing to learn. The instructor will guide you every step of the way.

About this event

Create your own mug! In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the basics of molding and sculpting to shape a unique mug from clay, led by ceramic artist Alex Reynoso.

All supplies are included in the workshop fee. Participants will be able to pick up their finished ceramic creation from the Museum a week after the session. Wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting clay on.
