A company’s culture is much more than free lunches and happy hours. It’s the set of values that dictate how people interact with each other and achieve their goals as a team.
But what happens when those values haven't been defined or worse yet, they're not being followed?
Where do employees turn to?
Certainly not words on a wall or on a company website.
They turn to each other for ideas and suggestions on how to behave and carry themselves.
If your goal is to intentionally shape the actions and behaviors of the people in your company, then you need to create a values-based culture.
Why are values-based cultures important?
Because understanding your co-workers' and managers' values makes it easier to stay aligned as a team.
Because making critical decisions on behalf of the team is easier when you're on the same page.
Because being aligned on values results in more collaboration and a happier team dynamic.
In this upcoming workshop with the co-founders of Woke Inc., you will:
- Discover, design, and align your company's core values
- Leverage the values framework to educate your co-workers and create alignment
- Walk away with tactical learning and short-term commitments that you can immediately apply to your workplace
- Find an accountability partner at work and build a plan to hold each other committed
