Join Formaggio Kitchen owner Julia Hallman for a deliciously educational jam making class! This small-group, seated event will guide you through the essential methods of crafting jams and preserves, providing you with the tips, tools, and confidence to recreate the magic at home.

Throughout the evening, you’ll enjoy tastings of some of Julia's favorite preserves from the shop, along with samples of the very items we’ll make together. While the demonstration unfolds, guests will be invited up in small groups for a close-up, hands-on look at the process.

To keep the inspiration flowing, we’ll be serving up generous boards of cheese, charcuterie, and fresh bread—perfectly paired with wine for sipping as you learn and mingle.

Everyone will leave with a curated selection of goodies to kick off your own cooking adventures at home. Whether you’re a curious beginner or a seasoned home cook, this class promises to be a sweet (and savory) experience to remember.

To fully participate in the class:

1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one for the demonstration, materials, cheese, wine, and accompaniments for one.

2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 6:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).

3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.IMPORTANT NOTE: Please reach out to classes@formaggiocambridge.com when you make your reservation if you or a member of your party has any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Our classroom coordinator will help you to determine if the class can be modified to accomodate your needs. The health and safety of our guests is a priority for us.CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class.
