Workshop: Co-Designing Projects Across The Marine Plastic Value Chain
Overview
Marine plastic pollution is a global crisis. It threatens biodiversity and ocean health with microplastics now present in seafood, drinking water and the air we breathe. Harnessing multiple perspectives, collective action and emerging technologies offers transformative potential to tackle such a vast challenge head on.
Join us for an interactive, solution-focused workshop which will bring together a diverse group of change makers, solution-builders, knowledge-seekers and other interested parties to foster meaningful connections and potential collaborations.
Participants will have the opportunity to take part in ‘matchmaking’, designed to connect attendees and organisations across Ireland and the wider Atlantic Area. Whether you bring insights, support mechanisms, or simply want to learn and collaborate, this is your chance to build meaningful connections and drive impactful change.
This event is part of the Atlantic Interreg BluePoint Project, an exciting EU-funded initiative dedicated to reducing marine plastic waste through sustainable and circular approaches.
