Workshop: Beginners Guide to Promoting DIY Events

In this workshop, we will explore best practices for promoting DIY events specifically in Kingston, Ontario. We'll take a close look at the various means of promotion available to us in this city. This is for people who want to utilize social media as a means of promotion, for those who adamantly want to avoid relying on social media, and for people hoping to adopt a mixed approach. We'll look at all of these options.

Tips, tricks, and local knowhow will be shared by our workshop facilitator. This workshop will be led by Laura Kelly, the founder of Many Moons Events. Laura has 20 years of experience promoting DIY events in the area.

Time will be made for a Q&A session after the workshop for anyone hoping to dive deep into specific areas of interest.
