Workout with a Recruiter

Join a hands-on fitness session led by our recruiters at the Alameda County Sheriff's Office Regional Training Center. Experience the physical training deputies undergo and challenge yourself with real-time drills and exercises. This two-hour session is a great opportunity to get fit, ask questions, and learn more about law enforcement careers.

What to bring: Workout clothes, water bottle, and a positive attitude!

Who: Ages 18+, all fitness levels welcome
