Overview
With PTSD on the rise, it is important to understand how it can translate on your table as a massage therapist.

This course begins with an outline of the diagnostic description, etiology, signs & symptoms, and treatment most used for clients who have been diagnosed with PTSD. We will explore the use of alternative therapies and examine how stress affects our brain. Last, we will look at massage considerations during treatment and what our role is with the client’s diagnosis.
