Event description

Activating the full potential within an organization, community, or network requires us to see how our work fits into a larger whole and how we can connect what are often fragmented “parts.” Some wisdom, collective strength, and innovative solutions can only be activated when we engage and connect all parts of an organization, community, or system.

After working with many collaborative initiatives and seeking out tools and processes, Beth Tener of New Directions Collaborative, has combined what she has learned in this introductory workshop to build skills in working as an ecosystem. In this workshop, you will learn:

  • Principles of how systems work
  • Practical tools to help people “see the system” and make relationships visible
  • Participatory processes for how to connect and cross-pollinate the work and wisdom of diverse perspectives
  • How and why accessing and engaging marginalized voices is critical to this work

This online workshop will be held on Zoom video conference, so you will experience how to facilitate collaboration and learning virtually. You will receive several handouts full of resources and guidance.

The New Hampshire Food Alliance is co-sponsoring the series. This workshop is the third in the series. You can attend one or the series.

Workshop fee is $70.

If this fee is a barrier to participating, please contact Beth at btener@ndcollaborative.com - discounts are available to make this accessible to all interested.

The workshop is limited to 30 participants, so please sign up soon to save your spot.
